Mr. Meeks background is as a criminal paralegal with 18 years experience doing contract paralegal work for criminal defense attorneys.  His primary focus was in the area of P.C. 290 sex offender registration challenges, and criminal (Writs,  & Appeals).  Mr. Meeks is also an Orange County Registered & Bonded Legal Document Assistant. Mr. Meeks attended the University of New Orleans and studied Political Science.
